We are a family owned and run vegetarian food company with most of our food also Vegan and Gluten free. There are four of us, two younger and two older, as you will note from the photographs, though all four of us are not always active in the business.
We started selling our Madras Pea and Potato Curry in St. Nicholas Market, Galway in 1996 along with chapattis and stuffed chapattis.

At that time, each Friday our domestic kitchen would be temporarily transformed into a semi-commercial kitchen to prepare and cook our food for the market.
We now work from a fully customised and HSE compliant commercial kitchen where we cook our range of chilled and frozen vegetarian meals.
