Tarka Dal (vegan & gluten free)
A traditional Indian lentil dish with coriander and garlic and delicately spiced (there is no chilli in our dal). This dish is very enjoyable with just a chapatti or nan but can also be enjoyed with rice. Goes well with mango chutney or chilli pickle.
