Ingredients
Mixed root veg, onion, celery, organic red lentils, tomato, garlic, parsley, spices, pepper and salt.
Cooking Instructions
Heat the stew in a saucepan on a medium heat for about 5-7 mins with the lid on (until piping hot). Stir occasionally to avoid burning and sticking to the bottom of the pot. For electric cookers make sure the hob is on medium heat as it will burn if the hob is too hot. Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
Goes well with our organic quinoa & brown rice side dish or mashed potato. For a creamy version of this dish, a suggestion would be to add some of our homemade cashew cream which will give extra protein from the cashew nuts and a lovely coconut flavour.
Also delicious served with our butterbean casserole when cooking for two or more people.
