Ingredients

Eggs, onion, organic spelt flour, organic vegan butter, cheddar cheese, cream, butter, parsley, organic extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, salt & turmeric. We use the tastiest local free range eggs in the West, from Mad Yolk Farm. You can find out more about them here and you can also buy their eggs at our kitchen in Westside.

Cooking Instructions

Can be eaten hot or cold. To reheat, preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and bake for 5-7 mins.
