Local Delivery is available every Thursday within 5km of Our Kitchen in Westside, Galway. If you need more information please get in touch with us. If you’d like us to check if we can deliver to your address or if you have any requests that are outside of these options we can help! The charge is €5.00 for Local deliveries.
Nationwide Delivery is now available Tuesday to Friday. Shipping costs are calculated in the Checkout page and start at €9.50 for delivery within Ireland.
All orders are guaranteed to be delivered to you within 3 working days once you place your order before 10am (Our working days are Tuesday to Friday). Eg. If you order on a Monday before 10am, your food will arrive to you by the Thursday at the latest. Get in touch if you have any questions about delivery days.
If there is a particular day you’d like your food to be delivered please let us know & we will do our best to accommodate you no problem!
Our products are all sold either Chilled or Frozen depending on the day you order. We don’t cook every dish every every week, so if the dish you have ordered is not in our Fridge, we will deliver it frozen.
Similarly, if you would prefer us to only deliver your food either Chilled or Frozen, please get in touch with us to find out more, or add the details of your request to the ‘Order Notes’ section in your Cart before you Checkout.
The use by date for Chilled food will be a minimum of 5 days from the day you receive your order. For Frozen food the use by date will be a minimum of 3 months.
As our products need to be kept at the correct temperature, all Deliveries by Courier will require an additional packaging cost per 25kg of €5.00. * Once the packaging is returned to us in the same condition and we can reuse it, this charge is refundable.
Our packaging is all reusable, recyclable or compostable. We use Woolcool, an innovative product that retains the chilled or frozen temperature up to 48hrs. The Woolcool product is safe to use as packaging for food items & is made of recycled sheeps wool. More on this here.
Our trusted partners DPD are responsible for delivering all orders that are not local. You will receive a DPD tracking code once your order is shipped, and DPD will then update you on the day of your delivery via SMS &/or email.
All orders placed by phone, email or online are available for collection from Our Kitchen in Westside Galway or from one of our Collection Points.
