All orders placed by phone, email or online are available for collection from Our Kitchen or one of our Collection Points. Please get in touch with us to find out more or add the details of your collection request to the ‘Order Notes’ section in your Cart before you Checkout.
Local Delivery is available every Thursday within 5km of Our Kitchen in Westside, Galway. Get in touch with us if you need more information, if you’d like us to check if we can deliver to your address or if you have any requests that are outside of these options. The charge is €5.00 for Local deliveries.
Nationwide Delivery is now available Monday to Friday. Shipping costs are calculated in the Checkout page and start at €9.50 for delivery within Ireland. As our products need to be kept at the correct temperature, all Deliveries by Courier will require an additional packaging cost per 25kg of €5.00. Once the packaging is returned to us in the same condition and we can reuse it, this charge is refundable.
Our products are all sold chilled & frozen and are all guaranteed same or next day delivery once the order is placed by midnight. Our packaging is all reusable, recyclable or compostable. We use Woolcool, an innovative product that retains the chilled or frozen temperature up to 48hrs. The Woolcool product is safe to use as packaging for food items, & is made of recycled sheeps wool. Our trusted partners DPD are responsible for delivering all orders that are not local. You will receive a DPD tracking code once your order is shipped, and DPD will then update you on the day of your delivery via SMS &/or email.
