The Secret Garden is a family owned tea shop and cafe located in Galway, Ireland.
The shop offers more than 100 types of tea from around the world and choosing from this diverse selection is made fun and easy by the friendly staff. You will be spoiled for choice with plenty of varieties of herbal, fruity, green, oolong, white, yellow, black, Rooibos, Mate, Moroccan and blooming tea. Our Tearooms opened in easter 2011 and are situated above the Coach house shop. We are open 6 days a week from 10am-5pm Mon-Sat. Every Saturday morning from 11am-12pm we have a kids story time, where the adults can relax and have a coffee and cake while the kids sit around listening to the stories being told.We also hold Tearoom Talks through out the year, where we have specialists in different areas of Gardening in to give tips and pointers to whoever wishes to attend.
We have a deck area outside the tearooms that looks out over the centre, perfect on a sunny afternoon.
We serve a selection of teas, herbal tea, coffees, cakes, scones, pies and we also have a small lunch menu consisting of homemade soup , pea and potato madras curry, quiche with side salad , and a selection of sandwiches.
