Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase of any of our products please get in touch with us so we can help you as best we can. 

For any instore purchases, partner location purchases or online purchases of our products, due to the perishable nature of our products we do not operate a returns policy except for the following:

Faulty Products

If you discover that one of the products you have purchased from us is faulty, please get in touch with us directly so that we can resolve this for you. Contact Us.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Any orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address given at the time of order, or are deemed undeliverable by the courier, can be re-delivered subject to payment of additional delivery costs.

If the delivery items have spoiled due to any of the above errors no returns or refunds will apply.

Incorrect Items

If any of your items have been included incorrectly, we will arrange delivery of the correct or missing items at no extra charge or provide a refund. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN ANY OF THE INCORRECT ITEMS OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE THEM.  All errors or missing items must be notified to us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

Damaged Items

If any of your delivered items have been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hrs of delivery. Note the damage on your delivery receipt to the courier. Email clear images of the damage to hello@thebeantree.ie within 24 hrs of delivery. We will re-deliver the damaged items to you or provide a refund.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about any of the items you have purchased, as these are perishable items we will not be able to refund or exchange them for you.
