Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase of any of our products please get in touch with us so we can help you as best we can. 

For any instore purchases, partner location purchases or online purchases of our products, due to the perishable nature of our products we do not operate a returns policy except for the following:

 

Faulty / Defective / Damaged Products

If you discover that one of the products you have purchased from us is faulty, defective or damaged, please get in touch with us directly so that we can resolve this for you. Contact Us.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Any delivery orders that are returned to us by our courier DPD due to an incorrect address given at the time of your order, or are deemed undeliverable by the courier, can be re-delivered subject to payment of additional delivery costs. If there has been any concern regarding the safety of the product due to an extended time of delivery due to incorrect address or undeliverable issues, we will have to reissue a payment request for the order. This is only where the fault lies with the customer. If there is an issue with the product in this situation and it is due to the Courier or us here at The Bean Tree, there will be no charge for a redelivered order. 

If the delivery items have spoiled due to any of the above errors no returns or refunds will apply.

 

Incorrect Items

If any of your order items are missing or have been included incorrectly, we will arrange replacement or exchange by collection or delivery of the correct or missing items at no extra charge or provide a refund. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN ANY OF THE INCORRECT ITEMS OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE THEM.  All errors or missing items must be notified to us within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

 

Damaged Items

If any of your delivered items have been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hrs of delivery. We really hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, please note the damage on your delivery receipt to the courier and email clear images of the damage to hello@thebeantree.ie within 48 hrs of delivery. We will re-deliver the damaged items to you, offer an exchange or provide a refund.

 

Change of mind

If you change your mind about any of the items you have purchased, as these are perishable items we will not be able to refund or exchange them for you.
