Our Food
We offer a range of Vegan and Vegetarian dishes, both sweet & savoury most of which are Gluten-Free. We describe as Gluten-Free dishes which do not have any ingredients which contain gluten, but we would like to point out that we use wheat flour (gluten) in our kitchen.
While we are not registered as an organic food producer, we use organic ingredients where practical in terms of cost and availability.

Pea & Potato Curry

Organic aduki beans and organic short grain brown rice in a rich tomato & tamari sauce. (Vegan, gluten free) Allergens: Celery, Soya.

Organic aduki beans and organic short grain brown rice in a rich tomato & tamari sauce and topped with mashed potato. (Vegan, gluten free) Allergens: Celery, Soya.
Mediterranean Chickpeas with Quinoa & Brown Rice
A European style tomato based chickpea dish with fresh chillis & garlic. Pairs well with our organic quinoa (a complete protein) and organic brown rice cooked together. (Vegan, gluten free) Allergens: Celery
Leek & Lentil Bake
Leeks and red lentils seasoned with herbs on a bed of sliced potatoes and topped with potatoes, cheese and tomato. (Gluten free) Allergens: Milk.
Butterbean Casserole
A vegan casserole with organic butterbeans, carrots, onions and seasoned with herbs. (Vegan, gluten free) Allergens: Celery.
Cashew Nut Roast
A vegan alternative to the centre piece of a traditional roast. (Vegan) Allegens: Wheat, Nuts.
Aduki Bean Pastry
Aduki Bean Pastry Organic aduki beans, organic brown rice & mushrooms baked in an organic wholewheat spelt flour pastry. (Vegan) Allergens: Gluten, Soya, Celery.
Options Available
All our food is freshly cooked in our kitchen at unit 6, Westside Enterprise Park, Westside, Galway, where we offer a variety of meal options.
We also offer a selection of chilled and frozen take-home meals, available for collection 9am to 3pm on Fridays.
