Leeks and red lentils seasoned with herbs on a bed of sliced potatoes and topped again with potatoes, cheese and tomato. Ingredients
Organic red lentils, potatoes, onions, leeks, mixed herbs, cheddar cheese, tomato, pepper and salt.
Cooking Instructions
Cover with tinfoil and heat in a preheated oven at gas mark 4 (350f / 180c) for about 35 mins from chilled or for about 45 mins from frozen. Take the tinfoil off for the last 6 mins so the cheese has browned and is sizzling on top.

Delicious by itself or with a side of vegetables or salad.
